What is CreatorGap AI?
An AI-powered web application and Chrome Extension that analyzes publicly available YouTube and Instagram content to help creators decide what to publish next.
Who is it for?
Individual YouTube and Instagram creators, small businesses building a content presence, and agencies researching multiple client channels.
What does it do?
It compares channels or profiles, highlights content topics a competitor covers that you don't, surfaces rising trends, and scores each opportunity from 0-100.
Why is Google Sign-In required?
Google Sign-In is our account login system. It lets you create and access your CreatorGap AI account securely, without CreatorGap AI ever storing a password for you.
What Google data is accessed?
Only the basic profile fields Google shares for sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture (OAuth scopes: openid, email, profile). Nothing else.
What Google data is NOT accessed?
We never request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Google Photos, or your YouTube channel. We cannot read your email, view your files, or upload, edit or delete anything on your behalf.
How does the application work?
After you sign in with Google, the dashboard and Chrome Extension analyze publicly visible page data on YouTube and Instagram (view counts, titles, engagement) to build comparisons and reports — this analysis never uses your Google account credentials.
How is my privacy protected?
Your Google profile data is used solely to run your account and is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
